Notice of Pool Closure for Construction
Beginning on April 28, 2025, the pool and walkways to the library and Community Center will be closed for replacement of the rubber deck surface. Payment Coupon Books and Vantaca Payment Option
To save on expenses HOA Payment Coupon Books are no longer being printed.
You may come to the office where you will be given your new account number and make your payment.
If you have your login credentials you may pay your HOA dues through the Vantaca system
by clicking on home.brooksvillehighpoint.net.
This system will provide residents with various functions to be done from the comfort of your home.
