Established in 1974 High Point is a 55+ Retirement Golf Community on Florida’s beautiful Nature Coast.  Our community and surrounding area have grown into one of the most sought-after destinations in Florida.  For those considering retiring or snow birding we have many advantages. Within our community you will find swimming, pickleball, cornhole, horseshoes, shuffle board, bocce ball, a library and weekly at the club house we have dime jingle, dominos and card games to name a few.  Each month at the clubhouse we have very talented entertainment from singers, bands, magicians and others.  There is an 18 hole beautifully kept golf course which has a bar and food available in their club area.  You will also find plenty of shopping and restaurants very close by.  High Point is located just 8 miles from the Gulf where you can go fishing, swimming or just relax and watch a beautiful sunset.

High Point Board of Directors have established Replacement and Capital Improvement Funds to ensure for replacement, repairs and rejuvenation to keep the community up to date and pristine.  Now in our fifth decade we are better than ever and our residents enjoy an active Florida lifestyle.
